My new book, Where Love Led Us, is now available on Amazon.
I’m happy to share that my new book, Where Love Led Us: A Journey from Virginia to a New Life in El Salvador, is now published. The paperback is available on Amazon, and the Kindle edition is scheduled for release on November 1.
That date has a special meaning for me. On November 1, 2011, I arrived in El Salvador to begin a new chapter of my life. Fifteen years later, I’m sharing the story of how Elizabeth and I came to build our life here.
How Our Story Began
Elizabeth and I met while working at Titan America in Northern Virginia. I was a fleet maintenance supervisor, and she drove a concrete mixer. What began as a working relationship grew into friendship, love, and marriage.
At the time, I could not have known where that relationship would take us. It eventually led from Virginia to retirement in El Salvador, where we built our home and settled near her family.
In this book, I share those years and the decisions that shaped our journey. There are happy memories, family photographs, and challenges along the way. Building our house, facing heart surgery, and losing loved ones are all part of the story.
A Personal Book to Share
Readers of Our Life in El Salvador already know something about our life here. This book tells more of the story behind it—how we met, why we moved, and what those years have meant to us.
I also want to thank Luz Raudales for her help preparing the book for publication. It is good to see the finished book available for readers.
The paperback is $13.95, and the Kindle edition is $5.99. The Kindle edition can be pre-ordered for delivery on November 1.
