Last week, we celebrated Mother’s Day in El Salvador and the United States. To mark the occasion, I treated Elizabeth to a delightful lunch at the Olive Garden Restaurant in San Salvador, a charming spot in a sophisticated neighborhood.
Our meal was nothing short of wonderful. We started with a plate of crispy Calamari. Elizabeth chose the Chicken Parmigiana for her main course, while I indulged in the Classic Lasagna. A fresh salad and warm, aromatic bread accompanied each dish. We shared a slice of luscious strawberry cream cake to top off our meal.
