Homero Morales, representing El Salvador’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), and Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej, head of the Saudi Arabian Aviation Authority, signed a pivotal Joint Negotiation Act. This act is a foundational step towards forging a comprehensive air transport agreement, underlining the importance of this agreement in enhancing connectivity for passengers, freight, and postal services.
